Delighted to read (9/3) of the award to Justin Garnsworthy. The quality of the drawn illustrations in `The Age' has always been a source of pleasure the Connolly drawings have often been a delight.

And your cartoonists are a wonderful lot the work of Tandberg, Spooner, Tanner or Petty often putting into perspective some current issue. I do have some reservations about recent imports from Sydney but accept that some change is invevitable I am getting a bit ancient myself. -- Ted Goode, North Box Hill.
